Why should I learn?

“You are never too old to learn!”

Many adults would like to learn to swim given the right opportunity. Our expert instructor will teach you at your pace, in warm water (93°F), in a quiet, private, indoor swimming pool.

Swimming is an excellent form of low impact exercise with many health benefits including weight loss, muscle toning, and cardiorespiratory improvement. It's also great fun.

How will I learn?

A minimum of 8 hours expert, personal tuition.

We provide a five day residential swimming course in a good quality three Star Hotel with an excellent swimming pool facility. Every day you will have one or two morning sessions of 45 minutes or 60 minutes, leaving you the rest of the day to relax or go out and enjoy the beautiful countryside, beaches and historic towns of North Wales and Chester. Or, you could get some extra practice in the pool!
